What You’ll Do

Program & optimise tactile, scanning and optical routines on customer-owned Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Hexagon, Nikon and OGP machines.

Verify accuracy on site with ISO 10360 and GR&R/Cg studies, then sign off measurement uncertainty.

Coach operators while cycles run—handing over robust, well-documented programmes they can trust.
​

Troubleshoot fast when a production line pauses: root cause, fix, document, move on.
​

Report & present same-day colour maps, SPC dashboards and corrective-action data to quality and manufacturing teams.

Create same-day plan vs. actual reports, colour maps & SPC files - no waiting

Coach operators on best practice while you’re on site so your fix sticks
​

Coach operators while cycles run—handing over robust, well-documented programmes they can trust.

Keep the artefacts traceable: reference spheres, step gauges & length bars all ISO 17025

Who You are
-
3+ years programming Zeiss CALYPSO, Mitutoyo MCOSMOS or similar
​
-
Solid GD&T knowledge (ISO 1101)
​
-
Safe Pass or willing to get it
​

EU/UK driving licence, willing to travel
​

​Good communicator clear reports, patient trainer
